Before we begin
A clear process before a single pixel moves
The project can be unusual. The way we work together does not have to be.
- Do I have to bring you the whole project?
- No. A page, an edit or a tool can stand on its own. The advantage is that, if it grows, the original intention does not have to be translated all over again.
- What happens in the first conversation?
- In 40 minutes we look at what you want to move, where it is getting stuck and what already exists. You leave with a clear next step, not a generic sales pitch.
- Can I send feedback by voice note?
- Yes. Voice note, screen recording or text: use the format in which the thought comes out clearly. You do not need design vocabulary to work with me.
- Do you work in English and Spanish?
- Yes. We can think, write, review and deliver the project in either language, including bilingual experiences when they genuinely help the audience.
- What do you need from me?
- The truth of the offer, the material or access that applies, and clear decisions when a choice appears. You do not need to arrive with a polished brief.
- How long will it take?
- A focused landing page and a product do not share a timeline. Once the scope is clear, you receive milestones, responsibilities and a delivery path before production begins.
